    If you're already addicted to reading and using your smartphone, start learning a foreign language.

    Read websites and watch videos in a foreign language. And then, practice writing and speaking in your native language.

    I was addicted to the internet and spent a lot of time browsing message boards. Now I enjoy reading articles and watching videos in multiple languages. And I write websites, so it's a good balance.

    How to study with speed reading
